Texas Tomboy (tek' sas tom' boi) n. A Texas gal who determines her own destiny
Out here in Texas it's getting harder and harder to
find baling wire to fix things! It gets expensive to hire repairs
done. And it sure gets frustrating to wait on a guy to wander by and
do anything. It's easier to grab a tool and JUST FIX IT! I
have small hands so that was a problem in the past with the big ole
guy tools. Then I discovered TOMBOY TOOLSŪ, a tool and home improvement company owned by
women for women. Finally, tools with the qualities and
specifications that fit our criteria and needs.
Although my education and experience is in business,
somewhere along the road of life, I realized my mission is to help
women to empower themselves. I've tried to accomplish this in
several ways.I spent years working with teenage girls, then when I
totally burned out on teenagers (that's easy to do) I wrote a book
for women - Women Forged in Fire. When I discovered TOMBOY TOOLSŪ, I
knew I'd discovered a company worth partnering up with. TOMBOY
TOOLSŪ is teaching women how to do their own home repairs and
selling them the tools to do it!
So now, I'm a Consultant for TOMBOY TOOLSŪ and can
